Another day, another chance for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West to take their relationship further… in the full glare of the public spotlight.
However, today something curious happened, the flamboyant duo – who have refused to confirm the burgeoning alliance themselves – seemed to become a tad shy.
They've wandered the streets of New York together, posed for the cameras at Scott Disick's restaurant launch and Kim even wore studs spelling out the rapper's initials in her ears.

But today, Kim,31, and 34-year-old Kanye spent an hour at the same midtown hotel in New York but took care to arrive and leave by different doors.

Everybody knows they are dating, so it beggars belief that they would go to such lengths to try and obscure the fact that they are meeting up.

Kanye was undoubtedly pleased when he saw his girlfriend, as she looked lovely in a short blush skirt, bandeau belt, black jacket and sky-scraping shoes.
She'd ditched the dainty Louboutins she's been wearing for the last couple of days for this sturdy pair that suit her better, and work much more in line with her voluptuous figure.
Her hair was loose and lovely, slicked to the side in a coquettish manner… while her Chanel bag of the day was small, designed for a pleasure rather than business.

Kanye was carrying his laptop which suggested he had been at work, and was wearing black jeans and sweater with a navy jacket and some very bright yellow sneakers.
Last night the couple stepped out for a meal together wearing coordinated outfits, and the night before were with the whole clan at Disick's restaurant launch.
Kim's sister Khloe has insisted that the pair are not serious yet, but admits it works well as the family have known the College Dropout star for nine years.
