Lauren's inspiration! Frankie Essex gets leggy to show Miss Goodger how the milkshake diet worked for her

She apparently advised her good friend Lauren Goodger to give it a go.
And Frankie Essex demonstrated just how well the Cambridge Weight Plan had worked for her as she showed off her toned pins today.
The blonde joined her The Only Way Is Essex female co-stars as they threw themselves into filming for the fifth series in Epping Forest.

Frankie has previously spoken about being heavier while growing up and not wearing a dress until she was 18 because she was so self conscious.
She said last year that she then lost weight as she entered her 20s, before piling it on again when she joined TOWIE because of all the delicious snacks available on set.

But she posed in a bikini in January
saying she had slimmed down again – going from 10st 7lb to 10st 2lb in
four weeks, from a size 12-14 to a size 10.
She admitted to doing a liquid diet, as well as regular exercise.
The 24-year-old donned a beige dress and leopard-print Christian Louboutin heels to start filming.

Lauren arrived in a pair of tight black trousers and a sheer top.
She is on the sixth day of the
Cambridge Weight Plan. She told Now! magazine last week she hated her
bikini body after seeing unflattering photos of her on holiday, and
decided to do the diet after Frankie told her she's lost weight on it.

The diet was developed after eight years of research by the
University of Cambridge and the West Middlesex and Addenbrooke's
Hospitals in the 1970s.
It involves a very low calorie diet of soups, bars and shakes and is
combined with minerals, vitamins and fatty acids to reduce the loss of
nutrients typical of low calorie restriction.
Energy intake levels can be as low as 415 kcal per day.
Meanwhile, another co-star was showing off her new figure.

Chloe Sims recently had a Brazilian butt lift after saying she was fed up with her 'flat granny bum'.
She wore a tight white skirt to show off the results, but still looked as slim as ever.
The 30-year-old was joined by her nine-year-old daughter Madison who also stars in the show.

Other stars, who have no reason to
worry about their figures, also turned up in skimpy attire, including
Georgina Dorsett, Cara Kilbey, Billi Mucklow and Jessica Wright.

And Billie Mucklow and Lauren Pope
didn't appear to have got the memo about glamming up as they both
dressed down – probably planning on changing once filming started.
